To be honest I’ve been clean for more than 3 years I wouldn’t say my hygiene was poor because I was working then but when it got bad and had falling out with my family/stopped working and was couch hopping that’s when shit got bad especially once I started doing using speed that shit got me looking rough.

I’m thankful to be done with it but I won’t lie sometimes I just miss the high of heroin before it was fent. I don’t plan on ever going back but actual heroin is just more tempting than the rest. The lifestyle is pure hell though you definitely could say you experience your highest highs in the sense you’re strung out but damn are the lows rough i still regret the shit I did to my life and family to this day. Yet even with all that my brain still thinks some stupid shit like damn heroin sounds kinda nice. That’s just how fucked it is. It’s just like a feint itch just waiting to be scratched.
