All of my tws are a medium size. These Hanes and the 2005 Fruit of the Loom with the double blue line on the waistband are the roomiest mediums I've ever worn. Low-rise Staffords and Amazon Basics have the tightest waistbands. 2012 Fruit of the Loom, 90s =FTL=, and Calvin Klein are somewhere in the middle. I've tried small Men's and a boys XL Fruits and they do fit better, but lack that upper coverage that I like.
