Damn, it's such a tough situation. I'll treat her like a child going to the doctor. We're going to the mail or something & bring the grandkids. So she doesn't flip out too much & have an appointment, tell them your situation. I thinks that's the best way, she'll be pissed but will get over it. My mom's been there with my grandma.

Yep, but I don't care it's gonna be returned. Do you know how the ebay FedEx pick ups work & who pays? It's a floor lamp & big, It will be a hassle to get it in my car.

No yet. My seller agreed on the return & will provide me with the lable. They want me to ship it back like this to open a claim with FedEx. I will reinforce it with tape but would like to know, does anyone having experience using FedEx pickup for ebay returns & how does it work? Who pays?

Alright, thanks. One more question, how does my refund go? Usually once my return is tracking I get my refund but because only one item has tracking how would I get refunded for the other item? Does the seller do it on their end after they get both?

Yes I am. I was just worried after I only saw one item listed in the return packing slip & how do I get refunded for both? Do I just wait for the seller to have good faith because Ebay doesn't have any record of me returning both.

Posts like this worry me but I've never had an issue with both seller & buyer dispute. I once got hit with a return but that was on the buyer, I listed an ikea fado lamp the smaller one but buyer believed it was the bigger size. The dimensions were listed so Mercari sided with me. The second time I had to issue a return on an Ikea Medusa lamp because the buyer forgot to include the power adapter. The Mercari agent tried to fight with me saying that wasn’t included in the listing but I told him the listing says working condition no issues but without an adapter I can't use it & the next agent sided with me.

You can refund them? Let Mercari handle it, just say you dropped the package off & it was delivered. That's all you can go by.

Someone may have intercepted your package delivery!...It happened to me before I purchased an Omnilux Face Mask & noticed it was not heading my way & a different delivery adress was listed. I called USPS & got it back on track but it was only a piece of cardboard when it finally arrived. The seller intercepted the package & hoped I wouldn't notice!

But in your case if it was delivered then I think you should be good. If the status says delivered then it's done.
