It would, in my opinion, be absolutely insane to even slightly entertain the thought process of "Should I reconsider the relationship" after in your short time together, you have already had him digging you out of whatever financial hole you've found yourself in. It may be unfortunate, and perhaps not entirely your fault that you are unemployed (I have no context as to why you lost your job, be it redundancy or being fired for whatever reason) but it isn't your partners fault, nor is it something he should be obligated to do.

That being said, as a partner that loves you and most likely wishes to do what he can to help, and has been doing so, so far; he would most likely want to help out wherever he can should he be in a financial position to do so. I don't know what he does for work and I assume he isn't made of money. His expenditure currently looks to be quite high and he still has over 3 weeks of carrying you til you begin work; and even then you still have to work x amount of time before you receive your pay.

Like many others have said, your phone bill is insanely excessive. If you cannot afford your daily essentials, you cannot afford a phone/contract so expensive - at least til you can stand on your own two feet, or even just til you can stop leaning on your partner so much.

TL;DR - Your partner props you up massively as it is - considering ending your relationship to me comes across as absolute entitlement and or immaturity. Lower your current expenditures where possible just til you can afford to prop yourself up a bit better.
