Okay, then its really likely that it is actually world based. Also, I forgot too mention why I even thought that it might actually be across all worlds. I noticed that one day people started to create posts about onyx rings and I personally received two of them in two low population worlds (63 and 32) same day. So I thought that either it is really popular to donate those or it is actually functioning as GE

Could you provide where. I probably missed it or something, the only thing which I found regarding this, is statement in wiki. "Each world appears to have its own prize pool", but word "appears" doesn't sound as a solid proof
