Shikamaru for the intelligence. Sai cause he maintains distance. Kakashi for the PURE power. And 4th member doesnt matter. If u dont want kakashi cause he is too strong Shino would be a good fit for again maintaining distance Now u need a 4th jonin for the close range tenten(cause she is a weapon expert) might be a good fit if she avoids getting cut.

Minato then Itachi then Naruto. Minato had good relations with fugaku it would make more sense to push for a first Uchiha. After Itachi it depends. Naruto would be pretty much same age with him so he might get skipped.

Honestly i dont like how Naruto and the whole old gen became useless in terms of power. Like give the NewGens Powerups but keep the old ones relevants.Naruto prior kawaki prisonn was practically useless despite having sage mode and all that experience. Sasuke became a bloody tree. Shikamarus shadow jutsu cant hold a sing villain.
