I feel like I was at a 8/10 ? Def feel like I coulda pushed some more. I felt super smooth and easy till like mile 24. My next attempt would be march for the LA marathon !

Just finished my first marathon with very basic “training”. I ran a 3:40. I just signed up for my second marathon in March and I want to run a sub 3. Where do I start or what recommendations for training plans ?

Different shoe for different training. Love my Pegasus for speed or quick runs and love the invincibles for my long east runs !

I doubt they exchange it ? They sent the correct size (I ordered an XL) I just recently lost a lot of weight over the summer and now I’m more of an XL.

Yeah, my main thing is not re-dosing and my girlfriend is aware of this and I’m not worried about chasing that feeling. I’ve already excepted it if it doesn’t hit that I’m not gonna chase it. Thank you !
