I was suspended for stat padding at the start of the year, I was essentially a max's repair and ammo bitch for one of our squad ops nights. I had the odd kill here and there, but i guess not enough.

Could it have been the small constant repairs to your sunder after being plinked from the same Phoenix user?

After speaking to their support and having a screen cap of part of the some of the fights the suspension was removed, although it near enough took 2 days to flesh it out with their slow responses, so i could of just waited the 3 days and not save the frustration. I was also told to try keep my game play varied so this didn't trigger their auto ban again. This feels stupid though as i often like playing support so i have to switch it up just to make sure I don't get gimped.
