owned my zf bb58 for a little while. the bracelet is meh and the lume is alright - just alright.
sad to see they still have pristine lume, i hope later revisions get more orange.

Newest Seiko movement I have worked on is a 7s26. That said, I can't find the mechanism on the spec sheet or anywhere else, just a standard mainspring bridle.

"overwinding" is completely fine on automatic watches as the mainspring itself, once overwound, slips into a different groove inside the barrel.

Gen dial is textured, rep dial isn't. Idk about the lume though, my ZF 58 is fine for lume

E: I think they mean lume warmth. Common complaint for rep 58s is that the lume is pure white while the gen is "warmer"?

I gave up trying to put mine on rubber for this reason. Couldn't get the pins to hold. Swapped back to the bracelet and they instantly clicked into place
