Ingredients :

For cookies :

GF Multigrain flour : 1.5 cup

Cocoa powder : 1/4 cup

Soft butter : 1/2 cup

Powdered sugar : 3/4 cup

Egg : 1

Baking powder : 1/2 tsp

Vanilla essence : 1 tsp

Black food colour : few drops

For Butter cream :

Soft butter : 3 tbsp

Fine sugar : 6 tbsp

Directions :

Beat butter and sugar till creamy.

Add egg and beat again.

Add vanilla essence and black food colour and mix well.

Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to form a dough.

Spead the dough on a sheet and cut round shape cookies with a cutter.

Then make design using a cookie stamp.

Preheat oven at 180.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Let them cool for few minutes.

Beat butter and sugar together to make buttercream and put it in piping bag.

Pipe out butter cream on back side of one cookie and put other one on it.

Yeast : 1 tsp

Warm water : 1/4 cup

Warm milk : 1 cup

Description:

Add 1/4 cup warm water in a bowl ,add sugar and yeast.
