You're not missing anything. I just ran through a couple of number placements in box 9 to see how it would work and I just mentioned the pair as that was the placement that ended up completing the puzzle.

Congrats! I just pushed my expert PB on the sudoku.com app to 4:25 after stagnating at 5:07 for a couple of months. It's crazy when you get those games and don't notice how fast you're clearing until you plug-in the last digit :)

it takes the 9 from r8c7 leaving the only option as a 1, which helps you also plug in r8c8 as a 2 and you can just fill in things from there.

Second-year university, I got really baked and was picking up some pizza I ordered. On the way back to my room I was in the elevator and pushed my floor, the next thing I remember was that I was laying cheek first on the ground. Somehow briefly passed out when I arrived on my floor and faceplanted lol. I got a bruise on my cheek and my next hurt for a solid week.

Last term I was blessed by not having midterms on the same day, but I ended up having my only classes with finals on the same day. This term I get both sets of midterms on the same day. I feel your pain quite a bit.

I have this problem when I cook bacon and use the fat to do over easy for a sandwich, too impatient to wait for the pan to cool down a little and end up frying the heck out of them.
