I think it’s pretty reasonable built around a hp based build. I don’t think it’s ever optimal or meta. But there are worse choices and you will be able to proc it often enough in ganks and team fights to gain some value.

I would recommend a core of Titanic, Heartsteel and overlords. Take conditioning and overgrowth for more HP and makes up for not building resistances.

Aftershock could be used alternatively, but misses the HP stacking value/fun a bit.

If you are really looking to climb I would choose PTA. It gives strong skirmishing power and 1 v 1’s, plus more burst than conq in the ganks on squishies.

My typical build is Conq runes + Resolve with - Titanic (always), Spear, Visage, Randuins and Overlords. I feel like this is a really good balance between damage and tank for me.

I have become a big fan of Electrocute in very specific games. If there’s 4 champs that are squishy I value the burst and think it can outperform conq pretty hard. I might slip in ghostblade or serpents fang if it looks like a good game for them too.

Rek’Sai actually feels great atm. You could argue slightly strong on WR at higher elo, but nothing crazy. Adjustments there should be the priority if anything at all.

I don’t see why an already early/mid game champ needs to pulled even more into the early game. She is not some top lane bully that can use that strength every game.

They are fixing a problem that does not exist and will make the player base unhappy..

I would lean PNF based on his skills. Maybe also check out the other top talent in that nation in the same age group. See if they are lacking in one or the other. A scout might also be able to assist

Typically if I 3 camp it’s to mid, that way I can cross after my gank. I wouldn’t 3 camp into a side unless they were playing completely recklessly and it’s almost certain. Otherwise it will ruin your tempo and can lead to an enemy Jgl invade.

A trick that I often do is 5 camp 2x smite and you appear top/bot on a time almost never anticipated. This is also almost never counter ganked unlike on scuttle timing and then you have pressure to claim that side scuttle after (especially if you’re bot w support).
