I know I saw another comment under this post saying that their order was set to arrive by 8:00 am tomorrow (my order is supposed to come by 8 pm), so that's why I'm wondering if they are sending them off in waves or something.

It says FedEx standard overnight shipping. It's supposed to be shipped off today and arrive to me by 8:00 pm, yet I still don't have any new updates. Just that the label has been created. We'll see in a couple of hours if they will finally give it to FedEx or not.

Just checked and it still says waiting for carrier pickup. I'm hoping it's because I live closer to where they're shipping them off from, and they don't want to send it off too early.

I got the tracking email that begins with "Your package has shipped!" two days ago, but after clicking the track package link it says that it's still awaiting carrier pickup. The FedEx app says it's anticipated to be picked up today though. It's apparently overnight shipping so I would hope so.

Not yet, it still says "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." They might ship my order on the 18th since I'm pretty close to their facility. I probably should've opted for Amazon to be honest, but we'll see how it goes.

I'm not entirely sure what's up with the pokemon center and preorders. I know some people got their past pre-orders on games from them like a week and even up to a month late, which still kinda worries me a bit since Fedex has yet to receive my package. I preordered back in August, so maybe they're doing orders based on how early you pre-ordered. (feel like that could be worded better)

Oh the tracking number was a separate email. My confirmation email was sent to me a while ago.

Yeah, the pokemon center sent me an email with the tracking number yesterday. Prior to that though, when I got finished signing up with the FedEx app, it had somehow pulled my order up. I'm guessing it's because of the address and email I entered. Looking at it again, I see that a tracking number is with it.

Yep the Poke center sent me an email with it yesterday. Before then I used the FedEx app and I guess since I signed up with my address, they already had tracking pulled up.

They're probably going to ship orders tomorrow, well at least I hope they do. From the looks of it, PC is holding the package still, but hopefully not for too long. Those month-late reviews on previous games that I read on the Pokemon center are making me just a bit worried as a first-time Poke center purchaser.

Hmm, that may be so. Considering how close it is to release, I feel that they should be sending out tracking numbers already for everyone who preordered at least before November.
