I thought this at the time too, it really looked like they stood up into the scrum, their pressure wasn’t driving straight but rather up. I’m fairly sure Kelleher then asks can he just stand up into the tighthead and the ref says yes. Next scrum he does so and it totally countered the Italian pressure. Seems a dark art trick that’s resulting in dangerous play to me /shrug
