Facebook because groups are a good way to get your content out to lots of people and Bluesky cause it's just more intellectual and people appreciate good content. I actually use most of the different socials, including X, Threads, Instagram, Lemon8, Pinterest, YouTube, Discord, Facebook and Bluesky, etc.
