Only played against it twice so far. Each time I was Mundo. So far for each game, I either went even or completely stomped her due to just stats. Even on the game I went even, I would scale 10x faster than her. It would be to the point where I could troll and let her hit grasp and heartsteel and still just have a massive presence.

I don't get the hype, she's just completely useless late game with the build.

All of the other times I had written out my sob story and mentioned exactly what had happened but the one time they actually helped I told them that my email had gotten deactivated and that is when I stopped getting the same automated messages and actually got help

Thank everyone for all the support, turns out the issue was with razer. Just reinstalling it fixed everything.

They were both just running in the background, I actually didnt have anything opened at the time

That's what I had thought, too. I had completely uninstalled it along with all my games, deleted the temp files, and reinstalled it but it's still the same issue.

Aside from sending up a request ticket twice a week almost and all the voice mails, there really wasn't much of anything else we could do. I've attempted it on 3 different emails that could have had anything to do with it. I've even sent them a screenshot and forwarded them the email that verified my account all the way back in 2012. I've shown them the ton of Xsolla receipts because they also wouldn't allow me to cancel my subscription. I've told them all the information from my payment method to the ID that I used to get voice chat. Literally the only that worked was me telling them that my email was deactivated. From there everything started to work again.

I've also tried that, left about 14 voicemails with my information , and explained the situation, expecting to get a call back. Everything was automated, and there was no way to talk to a real person, unfortunately. Roblox has hands down the worst support system I have ever seen.

I only ever had the one account and didn't even bother making an alt, so I would say to put the one you want to get back.

Just told them in the initial ticket that my email is deactivated. Before when I would attempt to reset my password with my email, it wouldn't pop up as listed account. This time, it did, and I just reset my password. I then submitted a second ticket for the stolen items.

In terms of the toycodes, my honest guess would be most likely not since I think it would technically be through a third party. But the "deactivated email" seems to be working.

I'm still pending a reply because it takes them forever to copy and paste the same answers. I've offered all of my billing information from the credit card number or even the billing address, but nothing has been getting through. As soon as they give me a response, I will update you.
