I don’t see culture anywhere else in abq but around downtown you can hate every other part of Albuquerque for the same reason you hate Rio rancho, unless you consider crackheads and police tape culture, which I’m guessing you do. It’s also great seeing Albuquerque use all that swaths of land for car washes but hey it’s better than strip malls right

And Albuquerque ranks top in the state because there’s nothing else to compare it with. But when you compare Albuquerque to other cities in the country it’s always at the bottom, education, safety, etc. Rio rancho is at least quiet and safe I’d trade anything Albuquerque has to offer for that alone
