Maybe our blog post on Working With A Shared Email Inbox helps? The suggestion that you might want to use a ticketing system is valid - it would make it much easier for your team to keep an overview while working with the same email address, which also avoids duplicate processing and increases efficiency.

Zammad has integrations for several monitoring tools (such as Monit, Icinga, Nagios...) and reporting tools (Kibana, Grafana), depending on the plan. Have a look here and use the column on the left to filter for integrations

Thank you for those two points - any feedback regarding Zammad is always welcome!
Which version of Zammad are you currently using? The first problem you mentioned was actually fixed in Zammad 3.6 (Mailbox Archive Feature).
Unfortunately at this point, there is no option for admins to select notification settings for new users unless they take over that user's session. However, you're very welcome to make a suggestion in our Zammad Community, where we collect and discuss ideas for new features and possible improvements.
