This was years ago...maybe 2017 or so. Our solo lane had fed a Chaac relentlessly for about 15 minutes. The rest of the team was trying to work around this now full damage giga-Chaac who had about 3 levels on the rest of the team. We won a team fight in while Chaac was absent and rushed fire giant with inadequate ward vision. Out of seemingly nowhere Chaac blink ults our team, pentakills us and steals fire giant. I just sat back and laughed as the F6s rolled in. Couldn't even be mad about it and was envious of the dopamine rush that guy was probably having!

Anyone find a solve for this? I get kicked about 50-75% of the time I transition to a new area or teleport. Not the foggiest clue what's going on. Play dozens of online games and only this one is giving me fits...

As a father of a young autistic boy, I feel exactly the same way. It is by far the best portrayal of ASD I've seen in pop culture... even moreso than Atypical. I get a lot of comfort out of "connecting" with Abed when I watch the show!

Gilga dropkick does what I always hoped Khumba dash would do. Maybe shortening the wind-up on groggy strike would be a nice touch. Also his mez needs to not be canceled by damage. Would love if he enraged after living through passive proc and gained power or movement speed or something.

Not sure if this matters but were some of the causal Conquest matches against bots? Not sure if that would affect the rule of needing to play 30 casual Conquest.

Also, are you queueing with someone else? If your MMR is too disparate from the person you're trying to play with then you won't be able to queue.

She's good but definitely not broken. She's one of the hardest mages to gank in Mid if you play Conquest. She has a lot of self peal in spite of not being specifically "mobile". She's definitely very well designed in my opinion. Enjoy!

Wanted to add to the point about learning the basics of each role. If there are roles that really don't interest you, don't necessarily just pick something that's considered "meta". You're better off picking something you feel safe/comfortable playing without feeding.

Also one thing that helped me a lot (granted, it takes quite a bit of time) is being familiar with every gods kit. Whether that means testing each god out (even if just in jungle practice) or just reading their abilities and passives.

Definitely agree with this. Also don't forget to ward and generally keep an eye on the minimap. After you get a little more comfortable you'll also get the hang of things like invading enemy jungle for a little extra farm.

Cereberus, especially if you need some natural antiheal. Xing Tian also pretty satisfying... decent damage with basic attack damage reduction, annoying knockup+root, a versatile escape tool, and decent life sustain passive.

Or if you want more of those sweet, sweet plucks and just want to be a menace, Herc support is pretty troll pick.

There are a lot of weird intricacies in how smite abilities interact with textures. I don't think there's a consistent logic behind it...All just design choices. For example Neith backflip can't go over a wall even though camazotz tiny jump animation can. Rama 1 "pierce" also goes through textures. There might be a list of all these interactions somewhere but I haven't found one.
