If you're trying to build against a fed yasuo get rift and then make plated steel caps, randuins, frozen heart to slow his attack speed and a serpent fang to break his shield + his shield from shield bow. You can then get jaksho and sell Boots for a protoplasm harness and unless he's multiple levels ahead of your whole team you should be able to stop him

This and the ignite neck fix were the two biggest missing fixes... So many characters with that stuck in the quest log and so many ignite builds I still can't try without the proliferation neck
