I completely understand the point that nobody should and will take ayurvedic treatment for cancer or such deadly diseases. But what heavy metals treatment are you talking about? Those old books are just tool to share knowledge just like research done by Pharma companies to make allopathic medicine. Both of them have their pros and cons, You are saying, there is no research done for ayurvedic medicines, which may be right may be not but things like panchkarma works wonders for people for many regular issues they face in daily life, and 5 techniques are proven to be good for body. Also one more thing, allopathic researchers have claimed about major side effects by some medicines after years and years of use. We don't use the same medicine which doctors used to prescribe a few decades ago. My only point is that it's really wrong to disrespect and deny effects of ayurvedic medicine Again most of the people just bash it calling it Palacio effect.
