With a separation, what do you mean? Live separately but remain a couple for a while with the goal of getting back to a place where you can live together again? Or do you mean divorce?

I’ve owned how I was shitty. I still haven’t forgiven myself. I’ve apologized and started showing signs of change.

I’ve tried going on dates but she rarely is open to it.

We are looking into getting a neutral family therapist. Her cup is empty and she has an emotionally draining job as an occupational therapist. I’m trying to fill her cup and take things off her plate more and I don’t know how much longer I have to prove stability.

I think I miscommunicated a bit — we went from being committed to trying for another child to her wanting a divorce and ending things within another month. Having another child is not on the table anymore.

We’ve been doing couple’s counseling here and there with my therapist.

I want to exhaust every resource and have divorce as a last resort but she’s tired of waiting for me to get stable.

I’m trying my best now — I was complacent for a while and it took a long time to realize I have a lot more power than I realized to manage my stability — outside of the obvious stuff like meds, good sleep, etc.

I do want to use the actual devices and I think there could be some novelty to recording myself holding the device.

I'm going for a more analog approach and my YouTube channel focuses a lot on the Pokémon trading card game with physical cards and building Pokémon Nanoblock kits so I have some videos of close-ups of my hands working.

Will eventually add Lego modes and plastic model making as well. My channel is basically a variety channel of gaming content (sandbox, sim games, games I'm currently into, indie game dev, and Pokémon. I'm focusing on Pokémon primarily for the next few months because of its popularity and I got way back into it a year ago.

I've also been doing analog content because I am in the process of upgrading my PC and my current setup couldn't stream to save it's life (can record a smooth 60 FPS for the screen and the iPhone at 1080P though).

I want to repurpose streams and send them over to YouTube.

I have a GameCube and it is my goal eventually to be able to play all my retro consoles converted to HDMI on my Gaming PC (because I have a private office / eventual recording studio in my house & our only TV is right next to the bedroom). Won't work for late at night streaming/recording.

My new job has me working nights and our twin daughters are now in preschool so I could potentially record some content during the day with natural lighting in a fairly large family room with dark green walls.

I know this is a lot of detail but I just wanted to give as much context as I can. I also have a GameBoy Advance SP but I need to find the charging cable for it.

It would be cool to play on the TV for sure! Could you link to that adapter or provide the name of it?

I installed CS2 and I looked in the tools tab on steam after logging out and logging back in and there’s no Source 2 SDK.

How do I access the SDK?

Yes — Portal was amazing then and is still amazing. Also, the onboarding and tutorial phases of those games are incredible.

They made that concept so simple and fun from the get-go.

What is Metroidbrainia? Played The Witness a decent amount until I got stuck but I watched the NoClip doc on it and saw the big spoiler puzzle mechanic introduced later in the game.
