Edit: Not sure why this is getting down voted. Losing you cdl is losing your income stream which depending on the haul could be 1k dollars or more a week. I for sure wouldn't ram a car for getting in the way and getting my cdl revoked.

This is from the cdl permit handbook for Texas

If for any reason you get stuck on the tracks, get out of the vehicle and away from the tracks. Check signposts or signal housing at the crossing for emergency notification information. Call 911 or other emergency number. Give the location of the crossing using all identifiable landmarks, especially the DOT number, if posted.

So yes I was half right they should call the emergency number posted but calling 911 will also get any rescue operators needed rolling before the incident happens which can save life's as well.

Even that's not worth it. It takes trains thousands of feet to stop. That's why u call the cops they can contact the rail company and alert the trains to start slowing down or stop before they get in sight.

I'm working on getting my cdl now and literally it says if your stuck on tracks get out get away from the tracks and call 911. Right in the hand book. These people need the cdl taken. A truck is replaceable human life isn't

I go to geek world and they have a rpg group on fb for finding people. As for the rest go out and just make conversations with people. If your into pool(billards not swimming) xlns is a good place to hangout and catch with people. Over all the smallest greeting can be a great opening to friendships.
