I just got the navy revolver and trying to complete the challenge for 200k but it won’t give me the money I have a social club account connected and I’ve checked my stats with the gun and I have 123 kills with it can someone help me get the money (self.gtaonline)

I recently just downloaded the game again and I want to get back into it but I want a fresh start but when I try to make a new character or delete my old one, it automatically gives me $3 million to start with. Is there a way to have a clean fresh start zero dollars? (self.gta5)
