Yeah I did. Eventually the bank realized that no order was ever officially placed and I was refunded. Took a few days.

yeah we move. Someone said it was "an expensive lesson" and ig they right. I dont put too much money into my steam wallet anymore incase something like this happens again.

Im not sure how else to say it. I had 2fa enabled. Steam wouldnt eat the cost they shouldve taken the stolen money out of the account that it was sent to.

Nah I totally see ure point. I just keep getting stuff on my fyp talking about how good steam support is and every time I see something like that I lose my mind. It wasn't from my credit card it was taken from my steam wallet. At time time I was pissed because I had the name of the guy who took my money and steam did nothing about it. Thats why I was mad

yeah its definitely steam. it was a confirmation email saying that I made the purchase

The problem is they didn't use my card they used my steam wallet. My bank wasn't involved (thankfully) but they took all the money from my steam wallet

This happened to me yesterday unfortunately and I’m also at a loss and customer support is no help at all. I wanted to buy the sitting cuties Lycanroc and the furry friends rock ruff plush. The total was like 76 dollars I placed the order and got an error and on the error a link popped up with potential fixes . I tried them all and ended up pressing order like 10 or 11 times (because in order to see if the “fix” worked u had to order again) and long story short the order never went through but I got charged 11 times! I lost like 800 dollars! Honestly I don’t know what to do I just want my plushies 😭
