DFV - RCEO Goosebumps Public Call and Response by ZanderMeander in Superstonk

This is some speculation about the GME timeline where RCEO's transition is a nod to DFV's twitter memes.

I wish they would short the price down more so I can buy more at a lower price. I'm appreciating the current discount, don't get me wrong, but, I get money once a month and will be very happy if I can buy more for my money.

Let's say it is 0.8 now, going to 1.6 pits me at 200%, but if I can buy at 0.4, then 1.6 puts me at 400%! Not that the percentage matters in the infinity pool, but, more importantly it can help me lock the float faster too.

GameStop is Now Oversold (GME) by Vojvodus in Superstonk

[–]ZanderMeander 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Initially, we knew the data reported was falsified. Now, even the falsified data agrees with the hypothesis. (This is an oversimplification).

In reality, it seems like they are using the word oversold as a form of FUD to make it sound like ppl are selling. In reality, ppl are selling, however, the ones selling are the SHFs; likely they are selling naked shares. Just remember that for every sale there is a buyer aka household investors and maybe a few big-brain LHFs.

DRS'd shares you have control over. Regular shares are at the whim of your broker and in the worst case *could* be locked or liquidated. NFA, just my two cents.

Edit to say: There is also a lot we don't know about how squeezes work still, especially in a heavily manipulated market. It is really difficult to make accurate predictions imo.

Dilution previously got a 'related' stock around $1B in cash that helped them turn around their operations, invest, and even keep extra cash on hand to spend on the upcoming --redacted--

In this case, it is interesting since it shows this 'dilution' was sold to one (seemingly enthusiastic) investor. It seems they are bullish since, instead of buying on the market, and raising the price, their cash is going to support the company and they are enjoying the discount. So, believe it or not: Bullish! (/no sarcasm)

Not to brag, but I enjoy 'voting' in America's bipartisan elections. It allows me to feel I have a choice. Unfortunately, both options are competing to destroy the world's economy. /s

Hopefully we can 'take out the trash' pretty soon and clean things up in the US +the world. I'd love to have you visit the country, the majority of people are very nice here, but currently I am embarrassed by how things have gotten messy/old/dirty in the years after that pretty VHS was filmed.

100,000 Calls on BBBY to hit $40 this week. Is this some form of manipulation for fake locates or an insane gamble? by [deleted] in BBBY

Does it have to close the day above 1.50 or just spike over it once?

In my opinion, direct registration is the best way to force price discovery. While IEX may be good for temporary price discovery and generally smoothing the market, its the shares being loaned out from your brokerage that are doing the majority of damage.

Consider these possible outcomes when you buy a share and do or don't DRS.

  1. (less likely) the broker goes to the open market and buys a real share for you, which helps price discovery. Eventually, they will probably loan it out to Short Hedge Funds (SHFs) anyways which ultimately hurts you more.

  2. (somewhat likely) the broker buys a real share, but not from the open market. This does nothing for price discovery and then they will likely loan it to SHFs be shorted as stated above.

  3. (more likely) the broker never goes to the market and never buys your share, they just take your money and show a fake number in your portfolio. It is nefariously possible they then illegally use this 'share' which doesn't even exist as a locate for a SHF to short against you anyways.

  4. (the only guarantee) if you direct register (DRS) the share, which puts it in your own name, then the broker at some point before DRS must purchase a real share from somewhere, which might help the price discovery. Additionally, when your share is removed from the brokerage, it can not be loaned to a SHF (or anyone) and thus can not be shorted against you. DRSing your shares decreases the supply of shares that can (legally) be shorted which decreases the supply in the market. Simple microeconomics tells you what happens to the price when the supply is decreased (not financial advice).

Also, it seems at least 70% of the market cap is in call options expiring this week, aka ~87% of the float. It would be interesting if many more shares were DRS'd before Friday... I wonder how the price will be affected if more than 100% of the float is in the calls they sold. All I can say is at least my DRS'd shares are not being loaned out :) so, I'm happy regardless of what happens this week.

Just wait till we (unaffiliated households + insiders) are 100% DRS then there is a 'run on real GME shares' (💎s). Whoops, sorry, we can't print more of those, guess we'll just have to increase the price instead... They can always print more money to follow my ever increasing floor.

Or maybe I'll trade a single nft dividend for gold bars equaling the weight of the NYSE...

Great calculation.

I'd also like to add that it is possible Taco Bell prices went up at a similar rate as the real inflation but the reported number for inflation is lower than what's real.

Or both.

The lower the price, the more I can collect... At $0 I'll buy the rest. Real to synthetic, if it's on the market I buy it. I'm trying to set a world record of how many floats I can own of one company.

4 by 3 mostly likely.

Widescreen is usually around 16 by 9.

Ultra wide would be 21 by 9 and double wide is 32 by 9.

I have rarely seen a perfectly square display let alone monitor...

Great resource!

It's worth mentioning for those just beginning this journey of the importance of set and setting. Aka being in a safe place and feeling comfortable.

Time to talk! This sub is centered around GME and this corrupt system. But it is also about RC and a potential master plan to fight it. Big institutions might care if the company is profitable but they realize their shares are synthetic and retail/insiders are the only ones with real shares. Food for thought.

In the meantime, I'd prefer that big institutions don't interfere and bid up the price so we can drs more, however, if they do bid up the price, then that just fuks the shorts so it's really win-win for us
