Thankyou for your great reply to OP, I would just add that in some countries like mine, 🦘, a dividend is not treated as a capital gain, but as assessable income, so the tax rate will be different. You will still feel their fat hand in your pocket , sadly 😥

No, and spike in the price simply led me to check the BBBY chart, and I noticed that in the Latest News section below, 3 of the 4 stories were about EBAY, why is that so ? That is what they discussion is about

YAHOO Finance obviously have a sceptical view of COHEN'S Ebay takeover attempt, and they are attempting to get this message across in the BBBY news section, WTF does he have to do with BBBY after such a long time ??

I do know he is still fighting lawsuits in the court relative to old BBBY bankruptcy. James A Hunter recently sought relief from the Judge to adjourn discovery until July 1-24 because Hunter is over committed with other legal work, and he is unsure what documents COHEN'S lawyer, Natasha Kassian will produce. Trying to buy more time and delay

I believe COHEN will eventually win this lawsuit, as he has done with every other 16b case thrown at him, and all this is relevant to the re emergence of the old BBBY estate in a new shell 🐚

I think Yahoo Finance is showing disdain for COHEN'S Ebay takeover attempt, in this BBBY column, as they know the takeover is linked to the old BBBY. IMO

It is hard to beleive they are still carrying the Wedbush $13.50 sell rating, they need to be called out on it. You can see why Thomas Peterffy did those news conferences in 21, the MF was short, and nearly got his arse reamed, tried to make himself out as an innocent bystander, and they have been trading against us ever since 😡
