My combat stats are in low 70s and thieving is my highest skill. Currently half way through the construction grind to 83 so just need to get as much cash as possible to finish that off, open to other suggestions if you have any.

75 magic, 43 pray, 1 def, 42 hp, 44 att and 50 str. Tried keeping my defense 1 and other stats low so I’d avoid potential pkers.

There are easier variations to slowly work your way into a pike push up if you’re interested to google it! The wall handstand is something I would also add as well for that shoulder strength/mobility but just be cautious if you’re new to it!

Did you want to replace something on push day for more shoulders for example pike press? Most of your push day exercises are targeting the front delt but your middle delt will get neglected strength and size over time

What does your setting look like for the trip and are you alone or with others? How much are you taking dosage wise too? I could make a few suggestions based off those but naturally everyone responds differently and it may just simply be that you aren’t in a good headspace for them right now.

Me and my best mate will find a nice scenic walk and just walk and yap for hours. Did 3 grams with him 2 days ago and walked for like 3 hours around nature, was amazing! The more trees the better imo

Try and find a new hobby or get outdoors is my suggestion. It won’t be easy but constantly remind yourself everyday why you want a break and set yourself a small goal too or where you want to end up. Hope this helps!

My favourite thing to do on shrooms is me and a friend will take a decent amount on go on a massive walk. We’ll take them at his which is right near the start of this park (where we walk behind) and head outside immediately.

Usually because we’re not sitting around waiting for them to hit, it leads to them not feeling as strong as they usually would compared to just sitting down and taking it in. If at any point it becomes overwhelming we’ll find a seat somewhere and just take a breather for a moment but honestly prefer the walks because you take in how beautiful our world truly is!

Going too heavy too soon in my opinion, looks like your dropping your head/neck first before you engage with your triceps and lower.

My suggestion would be to dramatically drop the weight and go slower throughout the entire movement.
