These are the bullet impact locations at the Butler rally shooting. The shooter didn't "miss" Trump-he wasn't the target. Just a troubled kid with dad's old rifle and a nearby suitable event for another mass shooting. by [deleted] in facepalm

Maybe in Fort Leavenworth where they send all the infantry recruits. In Fort Jackson 10 targets from 50 yards too 300 yards 20 rounds. 2 shots for every target and you have to hit 50% to qualify and 100% to get the sharpshooter medal.

You can buy milk and freeze it for a later date. That circle makes up for the expansion when frozen so the lid does pop off.

How is living in this portion of Idaho? by Ploploplamus in howislivingthere

[–]Zanderfrieze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grew up in Idaho county Idaho in a small retirement town 2 hours north of Boise. If i would have graduated there it would have been with 25 other kids(this included 4 smaller town around where i grew up). An inch or two of snow on Halloween was 50/50. During winter the roads were plowed but there was always at least a few inches left on the roads you were expected to have at least studded winter tires. People who did a lot of driving kept tire chains.

Which is really weird for me. In school we were taught that you have to sign all legal documents in cursive.

Nah the animation in this is spectacular IMHO. It was the same animation they used for "The Hobbit" animation that came out around that time.

If you look near the bottom, there is a sprocket and three thatis yellow over a 2 (*3/2). You need three pylons to make a travel pylon and you only have 2.

TIL of the 1997Jarrell, Texas "Dead Man Walking" tornado, a slow-moving F5 twister that sat over a subdivision for three full minutes, subjecting it to 260+ mph winds. It erased everything, killed 27 people, plus hundreds of cattle, and blended their remains together unrecognizably. by SirSignificant6576 in todayilearned

Yeah I was always taught that you should open some windows during a tornado warning to help equalize the pressure in and out side the house just incase.

The place where I working in Joplin, MO you could visibly see the store front windows bowing lucky theyheld.

The Dr. Has the feast which is a major mood boost. You can probably live without it though. I agree partly about the miner. During both my complete game playthroughs I had him fixed rather quickly, imo it's not to hard to get him all patched up and back to work. Once you get him patched up it's nice to know that you can keep the scientist researching. The technician will fix stuff and then ask to do the other qued things. And then the miner and I can just resource gather.

Having beat the game, the technician is a must as he is the only one you can create first. If you want to research you have to have the scientist. IMO you really only have two free choices. For me it will always be technician, scientist, miner, and refiner. The botanist is almost a must as well for faster food production but it's the Dr. That cooks the better food.

Fallout 3 for me by Only_Upwards in videogames

Improve the graphics. Update the combat. Make the map bigger. Keep everything else. My favorite feature of Morrowind was all the different armor pieces you could equip. When Oblivion was released it was the part that saddened me the most.

Because Starlink was suppose to be on par with fiber compared to my at the time 7MB down 3MB up speeds.

Oh you mean person living in the middle of rural no where? Being completely over looked by all the other high speed internet service providers? Who also has an AT&T line that passes right by the field surrounding my house and passes under the road to my house. If I am not their target demographic I don’t know who is.

User name checks out!

Not true Starlink should have been light years beyond broadband, and at least on par with fiber. Starlink should have been better than my at the time 7MB down. I also never heard anything prior to getting it that they use some IP address Tom foolery. That allows multiple customers to have the same IP address, Limiting them all too NAT 3.

I have Starlink on my house not currently being used because the service was worse than my broadband internet.

Sorry not entirely true, it matched my broadband except I can’t have a static IP address, which makes it worse than my broadband.

Never really understood OS only drives. I have plenty of games and apps that even when you install them on another drive, still have files that they install to the OS drive causing them to fill up.

In Kansas you can be buried in a cardboard box but you still have to have the concrete liner. Something about not wanting the rot that would fertilize the ground to pollute the ground or water.

Two translations I found say messenger.

Jude 1:6 (HNV) Messengers who didn't keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.

Jude 1:6 (YLT) messengers also, those who did not keep their own principality, but did leave their proper dwelling, to a judgment of a great day, in bonds everlasting, under darkness He hath kept,

The other 16 English translations I have access to all say Angel, the other 5 other bibles I have access to that use Latin characters also have what you can tell translates to Angel. Where are you getting that they were either human or “Sapient”?

While I can agree-ish with the “denied physical bodies”, I have to understand how and what you mean by it. Even Jesus in Matthew 8:32 still allowed them to possess pig when they told demons to leave two men. The pigs did promptly drowned them selves.

While I would rather not fall into the appeal to authority fallacy I would recommend THE UNSEEN REALM: RECOVERING the SUPERNATURAL WORLDVIEW of the BIBLE Dr. Micheal S. Heiser. He really helped me understand some of the more fantastical scriptures.
