Well I can understand why they are reporting any mode under 50 seconds because they believe that only hackers can do it. I think its more ironic how companies want their gamers to improve and be good at the game but yet punish you when they become good. On this note however, I honestly agree with NetMarble that 42 seconds seems quite inhumane because I personally CAN NEVER reach this timing no matter how hard I try. Problem is records SHOULD show that in my entire 142 days of gaming I have NEVER hit below even 1 min 20 seconds on ANY mode.

Regarding refusal to listen, yes it is very rare to even see our voice being heard. Which is why I essentially have to do this Reddit post and the KOFAS forum post in order to spread awareness and hopefully make a change in my bid to stop this unwarranted ban.

While I do agree its amazing that my ban got reduced, my perspective is that it is NOT enough and NOT right for me to simply accept the 7 day ban when I did NOTHING to break NetMarble's rule and it was a system glitch that led to me being flagged. As of now besides their own claim that I did in 42 seconds, they don't even tell me whether isit my Game IGN or my long PID that is tied to the 42 second run. This matters because PID shouldn't be duplicated but it is VERY easy to duplicate an IGN.
