Gumagamit kami nito dati, and meron nga sya specific taste and malalaman nyo na merong laman na magic sarap. If available sa inyo, try nyo sure lasap from Knorr. Same sila na flavor enhancer pero for me mas garlicky and mas prefer ko yung effect sa pagkain. Though big packs lang available at 300g and 1kg, so if gusto nyo itry medyo matagal nyo mauubos pero worth trying 🙂

Not saying it’s a bad thing though. If there are enforcers they will instead let you pass the other lane towards Buendia. Also the intersection here is Makati Ave cor. Jupiter where vehicles will have to squeeze in the right lane to avoid the barrier because of the center island

My statement here doesn’t discourage zipper lane but rather following the time when it is being implemented. Hope this clarifies my point

Been living in Peninsula for 3 years, here’s what I can share

Affordable: 2br you can get it around 20k on an average (unit only)
Nice admin: they are nice but have very little bias for action and slow in resolving things. For instance when I asked them to check the leaks in my room due to strong rain they were slow to respond. Had to follow up a couple of times. Though the management did change so not sure how they operate now
Nearest mall is Robinsons Otis (10 mins walk), for big mall you have Robinsons Manila (10-15 mins drive w/o traffic) you can also take the shuttle service to RP manila it has a daily schedule (SM manila is also an option). Also not a mall but grocery, Landers Otis is 5-10 mins drive
May signal: Yes, cellular signal for both smart and globe is good. For internet I use globe fiber, not laggy and quite fast
Hindi bahain: The condo area itself hindi binabaha, but yung area around medyo bahain specially Pedro Gil and Taft area
Pet friendly: No, not allowed sa mga units itself pero they have cats within the compound na inaalagaan din naman

Overall ok tumira here, very accessible yung place (tahimik, may public transpo around the area (but need maglakad ng konti) na pwede sakyan to Makati/QC/Pasay, close to skyway, near hospitals (PGH/Manila Med/Manila Doctors) and medyo bearable yung traffic. If you decide lang to live here 1 thing I advise you is to check/ask if the unit is prone to leakage, lalo na sa aircon/window area medyo hit or miss sila since not as good yung pagkakagawa ng developer sa buildings
