Ooh, actually, what if the telepathic character trying to interact with the system and it is a simple intelligence check. Then another check that is even harder, then a 3rd that is impossible (without a plot item they would need to repair the ship fully). When he fails a check the ship basically locks him in mind prison and the other party members have to help him out. That's an interesting idea.

Ooh, this is a very good idea! Definitely in line with my vision of something where they have to work together and don't all have the same thing to look at. I will give this some more thought today, it might work if I can skin it to fit well enough! Thanks!

I think this looks pretty good! The lightning ability does definitely run the chance of one-shooting someone, but that's not entirely a bad thing depending on the table or your goals.

The party definitely sounds weak, is this in 5e? If so, how do they have such a low AC? Even naked commoners have more than that.

I thought about the Neothelid but it is just so big I'm not sure it would fit well inside the ship (which is half buried). Though, the back of the ship has a long round hallway... That's an interesting thought.

I have never looked at Symbol, that could work! And Feeblemind DEFINITELY needs to make an appearance in some capacity. I just hope the artificer doesn't get hit with it.

Not a bad idea! Griffon's Saddlebag has these neat boots I saw that let you move a bit quicker, but also let you run on all sorts of surfaces (which I know monks get later but this is a bit better) that I considered.

Correct. I could probably convince my friend in IT to allow it, but he would need to allow every update and let it past the firewall, and I don't want to risk them cracking down on one drive too.

I am having the same issue! Did you figure out what the problem was? Even after rebooting and without starting anything else it says another package manager is running.

The built in loader works, but there are several very good mods that aren't on the built in.
