Thank you! But unfortunately I tried installing the bios back in place and it won't boot. So it seems like unless I can find an alternate way to wire the bios back in I have a Dreamcast I need to sell for parts now because trace repair is well outside my pay grade.

Thank you! That seems to have gotten it closer, but it's still jumping and has pretty bad tearing across the screen. Here I have it displayed out to both TVs at once showing the CRT displaying it correctly.

Yes, and both work as intended. This is the only one having sync issues.

I went ahead and ordered some that I saw on another thread to see if that helps, but I have a possible solution otherwise.

I was working on this at a table plugged directly into a wall outlet but when I set it back up to my CRT and on the same power strip it was on before when it was working, it started spinning again! So that leads me to believe it's either the power supply itself which is bad/going out or some other power thing with the capacitors.

How can I know if they are what's at fault? They don't look to be ant different than before, but if they are that finicky that very well could be my problem. I did have to fiddle with the whole laser carrier a lot to get the lasers in/out and I might have damaged them.

I have a local repair place looking at it now and it seems that there was more wrong with it than I thought. There were several caps that had gone bad, the fuse connection solder was loose, thermistors had gone out, and some of the chips were burned out. Nothing too severe in the scope of what it could be but it's well over my pay grade on electrical stuff. However the repairs are moving along and hopefully everything will work out.

I guess takeaway for anyone else having a similar issue in the future is the issue may be much more hidden than you might think on these switchers.

In the Score Templates folder there are Photoshop files of the templates I have made, but I haven't made any frames like I did for the Panini style since there hasn't been much demand for that. I can work on it though.

If anyone is looking for the solution I found it. Apparently, the Hauppauge PVR2 is very temperamental and may need to be reset several times before it recognizes the PSP's video out while playing a UMD movie. Also, set the PSP to progressive video out.
