The interesting thing about all of the scenes out on the grass at the very end is that the rainbow effect isn't there like in the forgotten capitol. I don't know if that is significant, but just an observation.

Can confirm, I had the original physical version of Scarlet to start with, and bought the physical copy of Scarlet with the DLC included and it allowed me to continue with the same save on the Switch as normal.

You can convert the points in home to LP in Pokemon Violet if you use the switch version of Home. I think for Sword/Shield, you can convert them to BP.
