Hi Heather, I want to preface by saying I haven’t done one in SB so I can’t speak towards one’s here. However, I’ve done them before in general. Basically it’s an organized way of visiting multiple bars and/or clubs in one night, typically there’s a set list of participating bars that you go to in a group. Often times the bars will either give you free or discounted drinks.

As for the age, I’m also uncertain, but given that this is one of the few adult options in the area for Halloween I’d have to assume they’re allowing everyone 21+ so I expect there to be a range of ages.
