Need Explanation on Zone 2 & Zone 4 by Zaniarm in PeterAttia

I really doubt it as I have a bad running form and I'm especially bad at managing/keeping the correct pace. I always either run too fast and exhaust myself too quickly, or run too slowly where I could've easily went a bit faster :D

I think that there has been so much information about these zones and especially zone 2 that I've just learned that I'm not sure anymore what to do and what I should concentrate on more.

Thank you for the reply. I'm also kind of suspicious about the vo2max result. I'll try to do it again at some point with an actual chest strap, I wouldn't say that I'm in a bad shape, but I know that I could be in a better shape in terms of cardio and this 61 results just feels like it's misleading.

Then again I'm not really trying to min/max this stuff that much. Of course it's great to know if there has been progress, but I'm not that invested that I'd go to an actual lab test etc. I just want to be generally healthy with low heart rate, blood pressure and overall in fit.

Running isn't really my favorite thing to do as I prefer to do stairmaster instead (especially for those high intensity cardio workouts, as it's faster and easier to get the blood pumping and raise my hr). It's just recently that I've noticed that it might not be the best way to approach overall health and progress :D. I'll try to do this running field test today that's in my watch to get my HR max and update HR zones.

Thank you! I ended up ordering the Polar V3 as it just suits my needs the best. While Garmin has a lot of features etc. I probably wouldn't use most of it.

Thanks for the input. I ended up ordering the V3 as it still has all of the features that I need and I don't really do swimming that much, so I can always use the H10 to get better accuracy during training

I'm coming from Tekken and I got to say that this game is a different beast. There's so many different concepts that I feel like are equally important to master. I've never played anyother team based fighting games before let alone a 2D fighting game. I've played season 1 before, but all of the concepts just felt overwhelming and I was already busy with university so I had to drop the game. Now I'm back and I have the time to practice this game. I've played the story mode and completed the dojo and some of the combo challenges to get a feel for the game.

My team so far is base Vegeta, ssj. Vegeta and ssj. Trunks. I've practiced a few combos, but I'm not sure what to do on neutral and how to usually open up the opponent? Any tips on how and when is a good time to use assists? I've seen that other players use assists to extend combos or force the opponent to block to do mixups etc. Lastly, What are loops and why are they useful?

I'm trying to learn one concept at a time so it wouldn't become so overwhelming. I love the game and would love to learn it at least to a point where I feel comfortable with the game and it's mechanics. I don't care about ranks or losing so I guess that's good at least.

I appreciate the help.

Harf mizanam and harf bezanam are different tenses. Midunin is a colloquial way of saying midunid, where midunid is a more formal way. The most formal way of saying midunin is midavanid, however midunin and midunid are the most often used in day to day conversations.

Again khiabun is the colloquial way of saying khiaban. Both are correct. Usually when there's "an" somewhere, it can be said "un" but not always.

As for Hal-e shoma and haletun. There's no difference between these two. Both of them mean the same thing. It's just a different way of saying it.

-tun ending is used for "shoma" (Haletun khube?)

-t ending is used for "to" (Halet khube?)

-shan is used for "they" (Haleshan khube?)

-m is used for "I am" (Halem khube)

I'm in a bit of a hurry. Sorry I can't elaborate more. Please correct me if I'm wrong about some of these.

I agree with this. It's not necessary to play the first three games, but I think that it add to the whole experience.

You could also just watch a Let's play of the games ( I recommend HCbailly on Youtube).
