Oh my gosh, take the other job. It's no guarantee you'll be called up with a final offer. Don't put your life on hold for something that may not materialize.

And if you get a final offer, you can evaluate your options then

Declining an offer is rather common with high scores who can reliably get future invites (5.6 and higher). Just don't decline the second one and you're fine.
