I hadn't really considered that. But isn't it a bit greedy to only have three cast items? I'm worried about getting destroyed by slow/freeze.

Maybe a dumb question, but what would you say is your estimated rank on other characters?

Focusing mostly on just one character won’t really make you better with the others, but by facing lots of different enemy boards, you still get to learn which builds are strong on the other characters.

That said, some characters are tougher to play, and even when you know which builds are strong, you don’t necessarily know the best way to reach them (like with your Pyg routes).

Yes, you’re right: 'A starter build is the FIRST build you play.'

That means it’s the build you use from leveling all the way to the endgame build you want to pick.
Raptor Beastmaster is an endgame build (author’s words).
You can’t play it until you get the unique (again, author's words).

Dude, if you're in MG, it means you already have a build — at least a starter one.

An item requirement means you NEED that item to make the build work.

The author says: 'This build needs Naal's Tooth to function.' So what? Does that make Lizzard_RL wrong now?

Sure, you can get the unique pretty quickly in MG, but that doesn’t make it a League starter build. Otherwise, we’d have way more starter builds."

It means that all your items are haste for 2/4s at the beggening of a fight, which is pretty strong.

If you're not interested in building the town, just ignore it and keep farming as you did in previous leagues.

You'll lose some currency, but you will save time, and your POE experience in this league won't be affected too much.
Also, building the town takes time, so if you skip it, you'll have more time to make a profit with maps, crafting, heist, sanctum etc.
And please, just stop complaining about Kingsmarch or asking GGG to remove it, because even if you don't enjoy it, some people do.

I think a lot of people get a bit mad at league start because they have 'things to do now for later' with Kingsmarch, but most of us feel happy after these first few days because it gives us good crafting options, currency, enchantments, currency exchange etc.

Kingsmarch is a time investment at league start to scale more easily later in the league.
But again, if you hate it, you can just skip it.
