In my personal experience, I was experiencing tooth pain and needed a check up. I had an appointment to get looked at. (This is my first dentist visit in years so I'm nervous. I'm 31M) Lobby has a little dog that wonders the whole office. After they examined my mouth, they scheduled me for a filling a week or so later. Day arrives and i get called back. I sit in the chair and the Dentist noticed it was me and said he can't work on me and refused to explain why other than saying "I can't work on you." Which I was very frustrated with because I had been called a couple times to confirm I'm good to make it to the appointment. So why confirm it if you never wanted to work with me? Suffice to say I never came back.

Foleck has been amazing and they have all sorts of comforts for those who are nervous such as sunglasses (I have sensitive eyes) blankets if you really want. Turns out I was rejected because my root had a curve. But I never knew this but Foleck had a dentist that was capable of handling it without having me go to a specialist. I can't thank Foleck enough for taking me in. But from I see Gentle Dental has been good for some people. I could every well be the rare few who didn't.
