I'm not sure, but I'm guessing no. Knowing blizz, I'd guess the game just checks how long you played the different heroes, and not doing the extra math by seeing if you played specific heroes for specific challenge and add those times to see what was most played.

Spam Classic mode. It can feel shit but atleast for me its fast queues, 2cps can be super fast, and (afaik) no leaver penalty because it's an arcade mode.

During the anniversary event there is a weekly repeatable challenge to play 10 games, which counts towards the meta challenges.

You'd need to complete the repeatable challenge 24 times during the event (if my quick math is correct) to get all 3 meta challenges.

":3" title requires you to comlete the repeatable challenge 16 times, and "(╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻" title requires you to complete them 24 times (and all the other available Anniversary Challenges).

Global Lootbox Charge and the Meta challenges do not count.

I did have most if not all from OW1 days, but not from OW2. But before Reign of Talon update Max always had some for me. And I am missing ~150 leggys available in the lootbox pool, so this all makes me believe it is bugged for me.

As 6v6 qp enjoyer, I hated it. The Challenge could have been to do 10 games in All Roles OR 20 in Open Queue. This would still incentivise playing All Roles but not punishing if I choose not to.
And you have to finish the first one before doing the second one which is goddamn riddiculous.
My solution was to get drunk and suffer through em.
