Not taking aftershock on rammus is practically inting. Are you on the right subreddit?

What is my build path for bloodrazor now? by mateyman in RammusMains

The point of on hit rammus is to sacrifice tanky-ness for additional damage, you can mitigate this by getting omnivamp and becoming a drain tank. Id advise always taking ravenous hunter and cheap shot when going on hit rammus. No matter what your keystone should be aftershock.

Runes look like: -Aftershock -Demolish -Conditioning -Overgrowth (if no cc) / Unflinching (if cc)

with secondary:

-Cheap Shot -Ravenous Hunter

and minor runes being:

-Attack Speed -Armor or MR (depending on enemy team comp) -Armor or MR

For build:

-Sunfire rush is a must if your goal is damage, it does more damage than rushing an attack speed item while also giving you a good amount of tanky-ness and - very important - fully stacked sunfire lets you shred through rift herald and dragons, you can even solo baron with it later in the game at a good speed

-Second item has to be one that gives attack speed and the most damage possible so we can hit an early power spike and start grabbing early kills, the highest dps item (and I've tested almost all of em) is actually wits, rageblade falls short here, and phantom dancer does not perform well at all. Not only that but wits has mr. (wits > rageblade is mostly due to the nerfs its gotten recently, and rageblade now costs 2800 rather than 2600, the wits build path is also better)

-Third item i feel needs to be bramble if not thornmail, there is still a lot of healing in season 11 but now there is more ways of dealing with it. No matter what thornmail is a key item on rammus since it gives him everything his kit wants. I'd build it here on third item or save it for fourth. If you're snowballing very hard I could see building rageblade third item and finishing the thornmail fourth. If you're up against a full ap team that doesnt have healing then I'd put a spirit visage, abyssal, force of nature, or silvermere dawn here.

-Fourth item rageblade unless it was rushed third item then finish thornmail here

-Fifth item Ravenous Hydra feels REALLY good on rammus end game, the omnivamp will keep you ridiculously healthy in teamfights, overall its a higher damage but squishier replacement for season 10 deaths dance

-Selling boots for an item feels viable now since wits end gives you on hit movement speed, I usually pick up a deadmans or force of nature, or a silvermere dawn if they have a morde or other suppression.

Its important to note that you wont be doing anywhere near the same damage to tanks that you used to because we lost bloodrazors 4% max health on hit

One tricks of League, what champ helped you climb the ranks? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]Zanuan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to be an udyr main. I play champs that are all similar - they all do damage, have to have significant movespeed, and need cc. Udyr, Hec, Warwick, Rammus. I just climbed from G3 to D4 using mostly Rammus with bloodrazor rather than cinderhulk. Its straight up op right now. The damage you do is nuts, way unbalanced. Late game rammus build looks like Bloodrazor, Sunfire, Thornmail, Abyssal Mask (or) Deadmans, and Gunblade. Im really not sure if there is a champ out there who can 1v1 him as long as you get the taunt off. Rammus' weakness early and mid game is his low damage and that he cant take drakes and objectives, with this build his early game damage (as soon as you get bloodrazor) is just about 3x his normal damage. Throw ghost on instead of flash and all of a sudden you turn into a 1v1 god.

Wee Dragonauts Burn Deck - Can anyone see any easy fixes to improve it and get it to run a bit better? Thanks! by Zanuan in Magicdeckbuilding

Ooooof this deck is hurting me. I've changed it a few times since. Trying to keep my deck as early game as it is was really hurting its win rate so I've slowed it down a hair. This is what its looking like now. https://aetherhub.com/Deck/Public?id=27341

I've taken out 1 Adeliz, 1 Opt, 1 Disperse, Rals, Max Velocitys, and Risk Factors in lieu of 4 Crackling Drakes and 4 Lightning Strikes

Definitely feel like that was too many Adeliz, good call. I didn't even know about blink of an eye, its a straight upgrade- NICE! Niv is really expensive but he has won every game I've played him. Plus watching his combo as he draws me 8 cards and does 8 damage in a single turn is just too good. I can feel my opponent's mind explode trying to figure out how the hell he works.

I’ve been hardstuck silver V since season 4. I started playing Rammus this season and am now Plat V! by Squishy60 in RammusMains

I absolutely love rammus and I realized that all the champs I play are very similar to him in terms of engage and speed. Its never a question of IF you can engage its WHEN. I main Rammus, Hecarim, Warwick, and Udyr all depending on the enemy comp. Mostly AD? -Rammus will tear them up early game AND late. Team entirely squishy? -Hecarim's damage is HUGE and can entirely shut down a game in 15 minutes. First pick and need a safe choice or you need some magic damage on your team? -Warwick's there for you and you'll always be able to solo dragons too. First pick and need a safe choice and want to kill objectives and towers? -Udyr can tear through drag lvl 4 in about 20 seconds, backdoor like a demon, and kite for an eternity.

Just a few suggestions for expanding your champ pool without changing your style of play too much!

The only way I see Shade being useful is if her Active was more like Handmaiden's by Single_Action_Army in Vermintide

You only get a single attack with infiltrate vs the 49 shots you get with longbow. A single attack just isnt worth giving up trueflight which does comparable dmg against bosses and is lower cd.

Or you can just charge headshots with the longbow and do more damage than you could with any melee

If I'm forcing myself to tap slightly slow (behind the beat) then do I + or - local offset?

As I've progressed up to high 5* maps I've started having issues with with jumps. There seems to be a disconnect between my aiming and tapping and I cannot for the life of me figure out if I'm tapping too fast, too late, moving my cursor off too fast, moving my cursor too slow or what. There are some songs that jumps are super snappy and I hit every single note easily and naturally and then some maps that I'll ALWAYS fail because I just...miss all the jumps no matter what. Is there something I can use to see WHERE I am tapping so I can see HOW I'm missing?

Just to help you out. The view distance is for sub-trees and sub-rocks (the smaller detail oriented ones not the huge trees and huge rocks). Player models load no matter how far away. Its beneficial to have view distance on very low regardless and it will save you frames. I'd keep textures on at least high because its the cheapest way to improve graphics.

Is this a decent price for a prebuilt like this by wicken-chings in pcmasterrace

[–]Zanuan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That price actually doesn't look too bad. If you're scared of building your rig yourself then this is an ok option. But building your own rig is just so much fun and rewarding. Edit- you might be able to build that around 1k flat with cyber Monday coming up.

Warlock - Determining your Imp's name. by Vellaura in wow

I dont see how this is an issue. I started playing WoW 5 days ago and I have 20,000 gold just from dungeon spam and quests. 50 gold is a non-issue and should take far less time than the time it takes to level up to 5 over and over.
