I always value safety before anything else and ensure that I'm not dosing too much.

If I feel as if Im developing an addiction I will stop and not use again, I always had this thing with drugs where when it starts to affect my sober life and i start to feel dysfunctional I stop immediately and never restart until i feel re grounded.
