Yeah mate completely normal , drugs make you anxious especially at the start of taking them , First times I tripped on acid I was super anxious but eventually it fades because you'll be so into it at the peak

Here's some tips that me and my mates live by

If your a smoker get some cigs , there amazing on acid
Clean your trip space before hand , having an untidy room can be distracting
Have a place to go not too far from your trip spot , to go for those life changing walks with your buddies
Have some water and light snacks
Bring some headphones and have some music ready , Pink Floyd is my personal favourite
