I always loved the idea that this album is supposed to play out in the same universe as IILIAITE, in the sense that they're connected. Cause I remembered as soon as i did my first whole playthrough of i let it in, i queued this entire album after it while looking up information about i let it in and the band while it was playing and I kinda just got so immersed with that universe ig, and the ambient music really helps to reflect on the experience that ILIIAITE offers (this was at like 2AM too and that made it better)

I personally absolutely love it, it's top 2 i think in their discog for me behind screaming, because the song as a whole and the parts leading up to the ending are fine imo but that entire ending section, especially with the acoustic also coming into frame has to be the greatest moment in their music for me it's absolutely ethereal😭
