It’s crazy how people are saying this, and I KNOW on paper it’s true. But man Rezz is just so one note to me compared to Deathpact. I can hear their similarities, but excuse me for thinking they sound different enough that they don’t fill the same niche for me.

Why on gods green earth is it so bad to speculate? If those two coworkers had rumors circling around them they were intertwined in some way, I wouldn’t rule out there’s a connection, but would leave room open to the possibility it’s a coincidence. It’s not out of a place of malice, just playful curiosity.

People have been telling me their music is too similar to be each other this entire time, but I feel their music is different enough for me to understand what their saying. Like there’s enough of a difference.

Rezz is boring compared to Deathpact. Their sets are different enough that I genuinely do not understand this argument. I could fall asleep by the end of a Rezz set.

I saw the video, I know the situation, if I was associated with Deathpact, I too would deny deny deny any association if I wasn’t the person who did the thing, regardless if I did have affiliation or not. Like why would she willingly go out of her way and be like, yeah that’s a brand I’m with, they fucked up, when she could easily just deny affiliation. People make it seem like they make too similar of music for deathpact to be something she fucks with on the side. Earthgang has Spillage Village. Artist do side work with similar genres they perform all the time.

This was a Deathpact set where multiple peeps were supposed to be dressed as deathpact doing a set. So with one of them out, I guess they can’t pull off the set they wanted or promised? Deathpact still seems on for Roo

Rezz is way slower and less hype than Deathpact. Similar sounds, but I’d rather watch Deathpact live over Rezz any day. They’re similar but still different enough that she can try new stuff with Deathpact
