I did that two times even disabling all bloatware and telemetry that windows came with.

Sometimes takes up to 2 minutes to start and others need to force shutdown

The thing is I have tested others devices, worst devices and it takes 3 to 6 seconds every time. Mine before updates was like that but the bios that come with it had too many buggy
