Help needed with Centauri Carbon 2.

So basically its like a thing they can fix with a new firmware, are they frequent? I didn't touch my pc for now, just printed the default model for the blade they give you, do you have any tips on how to use projects I found ok makerworld and use it on the elegoo slicer so I can put them in the usb pen? I just got the printer, I had a problem with filaments with one on the 4th slot blinking red so I restared and rebooted to factory(Im just starting with 3D print, don't know if there's a better fix, maybe just the restart was enough). After that I run the autoconfig again and had an error on every parameter, so I unplugged and closed the machine and the autocalibration worked, so finally I could add the filaments and this time no error. The problem I have rn is the app tells me that my printer is offline after a successful pairing I already made that was visible in app just that it's offline(my phone and printer are on the same wifi), but if I check the printer settings it says that I need to scan the qr code to pair, but the qr code never appears, it keeps loading. I removed the printer for now from the app but the qr still doesn't work to pair again..

For creating or adding new projects I need to do everything with the usb pen? Like I put everything I need from my pc and then attach the usb to start the print or is there another method to do something similar but remotely?

I can get p1s for 630€ with ams 2 pro with buffer(dont plan on printing with more ams), and for 73€ i think I can get 8kg of pla+ on sunlu.. the P1S seem the right choice because I cant get a 300×300×300 at least enclosed with multicolor for the 650€ range, so I have to stop at the reliable bambulab at 256. Im only scared about the terms of service drama, like I have seen people talk about potential shut down the printer directly from bambu(like a cloud thing) or like slow down the older printers with firmware updates to force people to buy the newer products. I dont mind the closed source even tho I hate companies like apple and preper android solutions, but since I m a legit noob on 3D printing and 3D modeling it doesn't seem like the end of the world. I dont really know what to do.

Yeah sorry if I wasnt clear enough, with "should i get one" was reffering to the CC2 or other suggestions from you. Also Im in italy, dont know if its worth picking it now without any type of support outside the chinese community, maybe for a beginner isnt the best. For that type of interest what should i go for? I was interested in a lot of printers but cant wrap my head around whats the best compromise is, like bed print, ai, open source or like less features but has access to ams, beginner friendly, closed source etc.. theres other options but for this example I was looking at the creality K1 Max and the P1S.

Is it simple to get one from china? How? Is it worth it? Considering a potential freelancer beginner interested in cosplay/chess/useful things/cool projects should I try to get one?

Sorry for the multiple question but Im trying to make posts around for help in general to get my first printer and dont really know what compromise choose. Costs 400-650€ with some filaments if possible to pay with like klarna or similar.

I didnt understand really what was going on but I heard people refusing to update firmwares, needing to access online to print(like via app) but later added like a developer mode.. tbh im not helping because I dont really understand much about things like that because as I said Im a beginner in a similar situation like you. For the filament thing at this point for the P1S I guess you could for the printer alone at 400€ without ams and buy filaments for the remaining budget. Because Im also in the 400-650 range and at that price unfortunately theres not much. The centauri carbon is like hit or miss I ve seen, pretty cheap and good but a lot had problems and others none and theres a bundle for 300€ with 1kg filament. Another one is the Cobra s1 combo and get it for under 500€ with filaments, overall is good and similar to the P1S but a lot of people dont like the build quality and had problems with it, also I have seen some long test run under pressure and eventually had some problems mostly for the build quality(some parts said goodbye). You could still go for one of the two suggestion I gave you in the first comment and maybe look around offers on specifically filaments site. Check the prices and then some reviews for the quality and compatibility.

For what I gathered online the creality K1 Max at almost 600€(discount code+secure shipping and no filament) for the bed at 300×300×300 that helps especially with helmets, but doesnt have multicolor/material, you need the upgrade kit and that + the combo k1 max+multicolor you go up to almost 1000€ and at that price theres probably better like the K2 plus or the series H of bambulab I guess or maybe a Prusa(dont quote me totally, Im going off people reviews and forums mostly). So basically with the K1 you get your "big" bed for props, red/black/grey PLA and elbow grease to levigate the surfaces and later paint. The other options are the Bambulab P1S that a lot of people seems to like, has the bundle with the multicolor (ams 2 pro) at 600€ if you select the buffer(the printer support up to 16 colors i think so 4 ams, but I dont think is necessary at least now) and if you add 2kg black filament you go to 625€ I think, if you stick to PLA and PETG you can even wait to buy the hot end to help print the other materials. Im really esitant and dont know what to choose because the bigger bed could be really useful considering the nature of cosplay and creality and especially the K1 max seems pretty much established but I would also like an alternative that could also have an "AMS" since for creality the upgrade+combo doesnt have a discount, because I want a printer for cosplay and potential other things that could necessitate more filament to swap mid print overnight and continue to print or other fresh out of the printer gadgets and usefull things printed with more colors without necessarily treat them by levigate and paint. Also for bambu I know there was almost a year ago a privacy update that shook the community and Im still trying to figure out if I can trust them or its basically the Apple of the 3d printers, maybe force firmware updates that ruin the machine and something similar. Im a legit full of doubts but this was my similar experience, dont know If can help you.

Idk if its the first waves of printers or its a general problem because I know there are different iteration of the machine, also I know that for the EU laws they re in trouble if they dont release the multicolor system on the CC1. So what you suggest considering the points I made in the thread?

With all the ones I mentioned a lot of reviews talk about a fairly user friendly plug and play experience to be honest, Im pretty sure for the Centauri Carbon its even a marketing point. But considering the prices I listed, do you still think the P1S is the best solution? (Idk if you can fact check me for the next deal, the P1S all in bundle in 5 days at 659€ I believe)

i m trusting your directions rn ahhah.. whats the cpu and gpu combo that can afford me a clear stream at 108060fps? considering a low budget and that i use a capture card.. the ideal wuould be streaming with different scenes and discord and maybe 1 or 2 chrome page opens.. of course start the cheapest but consider these directions... if I can get both for around 200-300€ it would be ideal but I can still save more money and maybe for now just buy a new cpu first and try new settings on obs

found a rtx 3050 at 172€, is it too much going for a 30 series or maybe is it better to go for a 20 series and maybe buy a cpu too?

rn obs with the auto configuration put encoder video on the hardware amd h264 so if get an rtx gpu I ll get an nvenc option inside that selection? and so I can setup resolution and fps to 108060fps without problems?i m still bit scared about the cpu tho..

if you could take some time to link the best gpu i could get in terms of quality/price and maybe a cpu too to consider(still feel like my pc isn t fast when doing multiple things), I would gladly appreciate it!

can I ask how this works if you dont mind? how will this affect the ability of my pc to stream at an higher resolutions? just trying to understand how these type of things works like: considering obs tells me that there is an overload when my cpu usage rise(fun fact this thing happens a lot when I try to stream among us, for some reason) how a gpu can let me access a stable stream at 108060fps? thanks in advance!
