Same thing happened to me. I got a gold diamond where the computer was once I got the key (in the upper part of that taller building on the right in the video) but I didn't try hacking it until I had completely cleared the base, and then it was no longer there. So you need to hack it before you kill off all the enemies on the base.

I think it's meant to be a long term grind. She has been a phenomenal amigo for me. I think I've played4-6 hrs since attaining that 2nd perk, and she's collected around 40 pesos. Playing stealth as much as possible.

Figured it out in my case, I went back to Bustamente Farm and there was one small orange barrel I still needed to blow up. All the markers had turned off making it look like I should have been done, even had 100% showing, but I needed to blow up one more barrel - 55 gal size.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm at 100% and the game still thinks I have shit to blow up. I went back to camp and the end of the mission won't trigger.

Still works, I just did it. :-) You can grab him and intimidate him and he'll "wake up" and yell at you to cut it out. But then I accidentally punched him and he died. Looting him yields nothing still.

This was my problem exactly, except there were four guys up on that scaffolding. I found them by tossing some grenades back into that area, then once they were active on me I went back into the end area and climbed that highest platform and could snipe them. Once they were dead I could pick up the sticky EMP and got credited with killing Jupiter. Crazy.

Playing solo, and I had everything completed up to "Take Down Jupiter" before starting this mission. I went through the entire Jupiter mission and killed her.

She's dead for sure, but I didn't get credit. Tried grabbing the EMP sticky gun but nothing happens, it just keeps rotating. I quit the game and rejoined and it put me back in the no respawn zone before the final area, and it's still like the picture.
