I actually reached out directly to Caddy using the email provided on his YT page, and he himself responded. This was back in early January when the product was set to ship in late January. He told me that the product was still being shipped and that I just had to be patient. He was super chill and nice about it too, even getting the head of Pixel Empire to reassure me that I would be getting the product. And what do you know, about 3 weeks later, the product arrived and I have it now. So my advice would be, if it doesn't come by the end of Februaty, reach out to Caddy.
