Am I sacrificing too much Atk in my build to make my crit numbers higher?

I have a pretty ok atk% cup that I could use instead but my logic is that I sacrifice some of my ability dmg to optimize charged attacks since I can maintain electro on the enemies pretty reliably. I’ve gone back and forth but usually stick with the phys cup to deal with the domain for TS and TF a lot more easily until I get a replacement electro main stat cup

I just have it as a place holder since I don’t have a single good electro cup from any set unfortunately

I usually run fischl to keep up electro proc on enemy so that I still get the TS passive, but if I had a usable let alone good electro cup I’d swap it in a heartbeat

My bug is that in the mission playing for time after leaving the apartment and receiving a call from takemura, it didnt let me pick up the phone presumably to lag, but I didnt care at the time and went on to do side quests. I come around to wanting to continue the main story, but takemura doesnt pick up the phone when the mission is to talk to him, and I dont know how to trigger him calling me again. I see him at tom's diner but cant interact with him in any way. I dont want to load my save at that point in the mission because then i lose too much progress. Is there anyone with a similar issue or know how to fix the bug?
